ALS-IR-AMP series are design to provide solutions in the atom cooling domain when specific narrow spectral line width are needed.

Azur Light Systems opens the available solutions either providing the full laser source or only the high power optical stage amplifier.

Azur Light Systems manufactures ultra low noise fiber amplifiers compatible with the best polarized and FC/APC fibered tunable sources

with GHz down to <1kHz linewidth.

Option to generate tunable visible wavelength using a single pass non linear crystal doubling head (Second Harmonic Generation) are also provided on demand.

Almost all the central wavelenghts are available from 1020 nm to 1090 nm, only the max output power may change below 1020 nm and above 1090 nm

Based on patented technology and major advances in fiber and system design, our fully integrated laser amplifier platform offers diffraction limited output powers in excess of 50 W (depending on central wavelength).

Our unique technology can power up CW Laser seed optical wave without degrading spectral line width even for ultra narrow line width <1kHz. without line broadening

Ultra low noise ALS external FC/APC seeder up to 300 mW

 

Our ALS-IR-AMP can be seeded with polarized beam injected in a FC/APC FO, standand minimum power Input 10mW, with linewidth down to less than 1kHz (single longitudinal mode), without degradation after amplification. The drift of the central wavelength is only laser seed dependant.

The optional external tunable seeder allows a tunablity of +/- 350pm in IR and +/- 175pm after the Second Harmonic Generation and +/- 10Ghz poezo tuning in IR which becomes +/- 20GHz in the green. Max output power remains 50W in IR and 10W in the green. Available central wavelength from 1029 to 1092nm in IR and when converted from 514.5 to 546nm.

The free space coolerless output head deliver the amplified optical light wave without additional noise. Our low noise technology has demonstrated that the output RIN profile is equal or better than the laser seed noise above 10kHz.

Nota: For our standard 50W devices we include in the coolerless laser head a high power IR isolator to prevent damages that may occur from an intense back reflection, therefore the available power is >45W.
